Job Description Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, fostering a positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Human Resources Business Partner should have:

5+ years of direct HRBP experience (required).

Previous experience in the CPG industry (required).

A strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Proven expertise in employee relations and talent management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.

A proactive approach to problem‑solving and strategic thinking.

Capability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Experience with HR systems and tools to effectively manage processes.
