Facilitate the new employee experience from offer to onboarding, ensuring smooth integration Coordinate and update organizational charts to reflect staffing changes Oversee HR systems and processes, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources support role Biotech / pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial but not required Ability to work remotely or with minimal supervision Familiarity with HRMS and ATS programs
