Our client, a well‑established global real estate organization in the West Palm Beach area, is looking to add an FP&A professional to its team. This role is well‑suited for a finance professional with 3–5+ years of experience who has strong experience building financial models, working closely with senior stakeholders, and contributing to high‑impact, data‑driven decisions.
Hybrid Role:
4 days on‑site, competitive base salary, opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Contribute to forward‑looking financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Own and maintain detailed cash flow models to track actuals vs. forecasts, funding sources, and liquidity.
Prepare consolidated P&L and cash flow projections, including analysis of budget‑to‑actual variances and forecast updates.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of templates, assumptions, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of monthly capital calls to internal leadership and external partners.
Build and maintain portfolio‑level financial models, dashboards, and management reporting.
Manage overhead budget tracking, quarterly reforecasts, monthly actuals, and variance reporting.
Perform ongoing variance analysis and support cash management activities such as reconciliations and scenario modeling.
Review underwriting models, project waterfalls, and development forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus.
3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting.
Advanced Excel modeling capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with financial systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred.
Background or interest in real‑estate finance and capital markets strongly preferred.
