We are seeking a
Senior
Commissions Analyst
to assist with both sales tools, as well as commissions reporting and analysis. In this position, you will be responsible for monthly commissions processing as well as commissions analysis, forecasting, and development of automation to increase accuracy and reduce errors.
You will report to our Sr. Manager, Variable Compensation. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
You Will:
Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis
Build tools and solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of commissions payments
Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system while following strict adherence to audit controls
Continuously monitor data quality
Manage and edit records and data; reconciliations
Regularly perform data cleansing and identify and remove duplicates in the database
Complete monthly audit processes accurately and on time
Perform front line user support for our commissions system, as well as other sales systems including Salesforce and DocuSign
Maintain documentation for all processes and controls
You Have:
Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis
Experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake or other analytical tools
Experience with CaptivateIQ a plus as well as other sales tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.
Ability to use reporting tools and solutions to develop automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with superior time-management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience performing and completing audit and Business controls
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on your own
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and customers
A willingness to learn and adapt to changing standards and company needs
Ability to embrace new technology, applications and solutions

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
US Base Salary Pay Range
$90,000—$120,000 USD
