Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis Build tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of commission payments Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, and workflows in the commission system, ensuring adherence to audit controls Continuously monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing Provide front-line user support for commissions and sales systems, including Salesforce and DocuSign Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Snowflake Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with superior time-management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
