I’m partnering with a
rapidly growing Special Situations fund (~$4B+ AUM)
that’s continuing to build out its finance and operations function. This is a
hands‑on fund accounting role
reporting directly into senior leadership, offering broad exposure across: Fund & management company accounting NAVs, investor reporting, capital activity Valuations and performance analytics Audit, tax, and complex fund structures You’ll work closely with
Investment, Operations, Legal, Compliance , and external service providers, getting a true end‑to‑end view of the business rather than a narrow seat. Ideal background: 3–8 years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, or alternative investments Strong understanding of
credit / special situations strategies CPA or technical skillset (Python / SQL / VBA) is a nice bonus, not a must If you’re looking for
