Job Description
Manage and optimize accounting and analyses for the order‑to‑cash cycle and revenue recognition process.
Oversee retail and rental lines of business across both US and international markets.
Track inventory movements from receipts to shipments and transfers using QuickBooks.
Assist with journal entries, balance sheet analyses, reconciliations, and other financial analyses during the monthly closing process.
Support the monthly financial close cycle through reconciliations and analyses.
Coordinate with external firms to ensure timely reconciliations of related accounts.
Contribute to the financial audit process.
Provide data support and ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Exceptional accounting and bookkeeping skills, including a thorough understanding of the conceptual accounting framework and natural balances.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management/analysis skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and technological skills.
Passion for delivering error‑free work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, thriving in a startup environment.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems preferred.
