What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage a Salesforce case queue, ensuring customer-facing deadlines are met
Participate in operational pricing tasks, including pricing tier loads and competitive invoice analysis
Responsible for updates to tools with relevant information from data sources like FedEx
Assist the team in improving current processes both internally and across functions
Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-4 years of experience in a related field
BA, BS, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience working with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL server (running queries)
Ability to apply working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles
Capability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing strategies
Familiarity with econometrics and market analysis
Experience in a healthcare-related environment
Knowledge of data modeling and analytics tools
Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
