What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinating performance reviews and supporting professional development initiatives.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
At least
1 year of experience
in a human resources role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
