The Full Cycle Clinical Recruiter plays a critical role in expanding our provider network by managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for behavioral health clinicians, including Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Therapists (LCSWs, LPCs, LCPCs).

This position requires a recruiter who is not only results‑driven but also deeply aligned with our mission to serve the underserved. You'll partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and credentialing teams to identify, attract, and hire providers who are passionate about making a difference in tele‑behavioral health care.

What you will do

Apply and advance Peregrine's structured recruiting approach to attract clinicians who thrive in community‑based care and deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes for our partners. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical providers – from intake to onboarding – ensuring hires are matched to partner needs, start on schedule, and succeed within Peregrine's care model. Partner with clinical and operations leadership to understand staffing needs, target markets, and timelines.

Source, engage, and build relationships with top behavioral health talent across multiple channels.

Conduct initial interviews to assess clinical expertise, licensure, and alignment with organizational values.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate a seamless candidate experience.

Negotiate offers and manage the acceptance process in collaboration with leadership and HR.

Support onboarding and credentialing to ensure smooth provider placement and timely start dates.

Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within the ATS.

Represent Peregrine's mission to make behavioral health care accessible to everyone, sharing our purpose and approach with prospective providers who will deliver care through our FQHC and community partnerships.

Qualifications

3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, specifically within healthcare or behavioral health.

Proven success hiring licensed clinical providers (LCSWs, PMHNPs, Psychiatrists, etc.) on an aggressive Time‑to‑Fill and Time‑to‑Hire metric.

Strong understanding of licensure, credentialing, and telehealth regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience working in a high‑growth or mission‑driven environment preferred.

Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and virtual recruitment strategies.
