Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages for executive review.
Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with audits (financial, sales tax) by preparing schedules and documentation.
Support process improvements for inventory, accounts payable, and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects and financial analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
