Senior Clinical Recruiter Identify, attract, and place top-tier healthcare talent, including physicians and advanced practice practitioners. Employ proactive sourcing techniques to engage highly qualified candidates across specialties. Utilize AI, job boards, social media, networking events, conferences, and referrals to build robust pipelines. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Regional Stakeholders to understand practice dynamics and communicate them to candidates. Build and maintain relationships, providing guidance and personalized opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire.

Qualifications Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5‑7 years of physician recruiting experience.

Strong background in recruiting and placing per diem/locum clinicians.

Solid understanding of clinical specialties, licensure requirements, and industry terminology.

Proven record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring clinicians in healthcare settings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and manage stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects.

Ability to thrive in a demanding, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
