Deliver configuration and support for Workday total rewards modules, including benefits, absence, compensation, and payroll Gather business needs and translate them into technical deliverables within the Workday application Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand strategic directions and recommend Workday best practices Analyze current processes and identify gaps, providing solutions within Workday Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and IT professionals What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of Workday Total Rewards (Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Mobility, Payroll) configuration experience Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage end-to-end processes Experience working in an agile project delivery environment Ability to act with urgency and deal with ambiguity How Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Workday Pro Certifications Experience creating and processing EIB files for mass business transactions Familiarity with third-party Total Rewards tools and other HR technologies (e.g., ServiceNow) Previous experience in an HR business function We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
