Administrative Assistant - Part Time

at our affordable housing community Village Park in Amerst, MA. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails. Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process. Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks. Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties. Establishing partnerships with local organizations to provide residents with resources that promote health and independence. Educating residents and staff about community resources, such as case management, meal delivery, transportation, etc. Overseeing the delivery of resident services to ensure their quality and timeliness. Collaborating with service providers and coordinating reporting as needed. Helping residents build supportive networks with family and friends. COMPENSATION: $21.00- $21.00 / hour Annual Performance Bonus This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
