What You’ll Be Doing
Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and performing background and credit checks.
Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.
Maintaining accurate wait and transfer lists; reviewing applicant files to determine eligibility.
Supporting site and office operations as assigned by the manager.
Compensation
$19.00–$21.00 per hour
Plus an annual bonus
This range is a general guideline representing our expected pay for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation may Sew vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
In addition to salary, this position may qualify for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to obtain a leasing license within 120 days of hire.
Cos/Tcs preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required).
