Base pay range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Communicate verbally and in writing with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).

Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination to ensure associates complete required training to achieve facility goals.

Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll by executing and refining recruiting and staffing initiatives.

Review and manage the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents and assist in the implementation of HR systems and applications.

Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies and procedures, monitor compliance, and distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.

Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others, and determining corrective action or recommendations.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and modeling logistics and company policies.

Manage and coordinate training activities (e.g., new hire orientation, CBL modules, web‑based training, virtual classroom for Distribution and Transportation associates).

Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.

Build accountability by setting goals, communicating objectives, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability.

Promote continuous learning, belonging, and diversity by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission values, and uphold ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences, and create a workplace where associates feel supported and connected through a culture of belonging and opportunities for all to thrive and perform.

Compensation and Benefits

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience.

2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year’s experience managing human resource processes.

1 year’s Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Preferred Qualifications

Human Resources, Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Training and Facilitation, Walmart Logistics Systems.

Bachelor's: Business, Bachelor’s: Logistics.

Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) certification.

Human Resources - Sr. Professional HR (SPHR) certification.
