Description:
Managesassigned IT project(s), that covers all phases of projectmanagement.
Theprimary stakeholders associated with the IT project(s) are management,staff, and/or end users.
DefinesIT project requirements, quality standards and timelines; determines andevaluates risks that may affect IT project; defines specific activities tobe performed to produce IT project deliverables; evaluates deliverablesand ensures IT project is ready to move on to its next phase
Addressesany problems found in testing; ensures scheduled time frames are met
Reportson delivery problems and provides performance data; provides regularprogress reports; determines and evaluates testing.
Meetwith stakeholders to determine needs and expectations.
Maintainsregular contact with stakeholders to review applications and obtainfeedback.
Managesand approves changes within assigned IT project(s).
Attendsmeetings, directs professional and/or technical staff
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manageend-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring,testing, and delivery
Defineproject requirements, scope, quality standards, timelines, anddeliverables
Identify,assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
EnsureAgile best practices are followed across all project phases
Manageand approve project changes and ensure alignment with business objectives
Coordinatetesting activities and ensure readiness for each project phase
Trackprogress, ensure milestone adherence, and report on performance anddelivery issues
Prepareand present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership
Leadand direct professional and technical project team members
Maintainregular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and manageexpectations
Required Experience& Skills
6+years of experience in IT Project Management
6+years of experience managing Agile IT projects
6+Strong experience using Azure DevOps and Git
6+Years in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, andSQL
Provenanalytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strongstakeholder management and communication skills
