Job Summary:
Performing application maintenance and ensuring information security controls. Provide timely status updates, issue resolutions, and step‑by‑step instructions on usability questions. Collaborate with Product, Execution, and other support teams to resolve or elevate user inquiries. Based on support queue trends, make recommendations for innovation and automation to reduce volume.

Responsibilities
6+ Years of IT experience
B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and Java.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL/Oracle).
Experience in data pipeline ETL/ELT tools, including control‑M.
Experience with an Enterprise Data Lake (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience with GitHub.
Good experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with cloud technologies and automated deployments.
Ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles.
Ability to take up new challenges and explore new technology/tools.
Can collaborate well with the business, team members, work independently, and influence technology peers.
Proficient in identifying and pulling data from various applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server).
Experience in performing complex data analysis and data aggregation.
Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Deliver high quality, innovative, and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment.
Actively contribute to test automation and practices.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Understanding of fundamental data design principles and application design.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and thrive to meet the needs of a fast‑paced, changing environment.
