Job Description: “We are targeting candidates with stronger experience in executing and completing risk assessments, performing risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), and identifying risks and controls. Ideally, the candidate should have well‑rounded experience across the full risk management lifecycle.”
Key Requirements:
5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, or a related function within financial services or a regulated industry
Banking Operations and fraud experience and an understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science fundamentals
Solid understanding of risk frameworks (COSO ERM, ISO 31000, Basel II/III) and regulatory knowledge or familiarity with financial services risk types (operational, fraud, compliance, etc.)
Risk assessment execution (e.g., RCSA, risk and control identification, control mapping, issue management, etc.)
Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail‑oriented, self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with business process owners
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Background in financial or regulatory industries
Experience supporting banking operations such as:
Cash or card issues
Behavioral operations
Fraud analysis
Bitcoin or cryptocurrency scams
Foundational understanding of banking processes
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science
Experience in
Fraud, Transaction Analysis, or Risk Analysis
within the banking industry
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
