We’re looking for a motivated

Sales & Office Administrator

to support our sales team and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a varied role suited to someone organized, friendly, and confident handling both customer enquiries and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the sales team with finding biddable projects, quotes, sorting emails, and follow‑ups

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email

Maintaining customer records and basic reporting

Managing general office administration and scheduling

Assisting with SEO audits, AI, and target marketing

Assisting with social media and marketing platforms

About You:

Previous experience in sales support or office administration

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
