What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, configure, implement, optimize, maintain, and support complex clinical systems in compliance with regulations and policies
Solve intermediate‑to‑complex technical issues in clinical applications
Create and maintain clinical application documentation using advanced analysis skills
Manage multiple project activities, potentially serving as project lead
Proactively partner with customers to understand and address their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Sufficient educational background and/or experience for conducting clinical applications analysis and programming
Ability to analyze clinical workflows and develop system adoption strategies
Understanding of complex clinical systems and their interactions with other applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification or accreditation in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals
Experience with Community Connect
