Job Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality, ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams
Engage in skill development and competency growth in technical design and system enhancements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical analyst role, preferably within healthcare technology
Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in technical documentation and system optimization
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic systems, specifically HB/HB Claims
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
