Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Irvine, CA. The salary for this position is between $220k to $250k.
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution, handling domestic and international portfolios, conducting clearance searches, and counseling.
Experience drafting and negotiating IP agreements, including licenses, co-existence agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, publicity, and influencer agreements, among others.
IP enforcement experience relating to social media and online retail platforms, DMCA notices, ad domain name disputes [UDRPs].
Corporate experience related to IP due diligence, including M&A and financing.
Experience with product and advertising review and clearance.
Strong client-interfacing skills.
Excellent communication, writing, research and analytical skills; team focused.
Experience communicating with a diverse clientele.
State bar admission [California preferred but not required].
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
