Duties
Draft wills, trusts, and ancillary documents using legal software. Review documents with clients and ensure alignment with their goals. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff. Represent the firm in community boards and committees. Recommend process enhancements for efficient file management. Conduct review meetings to align estate plans with client needs. Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an estate planning or elder law firm environment. Current license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Skills
