government entity defense , with a primary focus on
education law . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental entities across Texas.

Responsibilities Advise and represent school districts and other governmental entities on a wide range of legal matters, including student rights, personnel matters, governance, and regulatory compliance. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents. Assist with investigations, administrative hearings, and litigation preparation. Attend school board meetings, trainings, and provide day‑to‑day legal guidance to clients. Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters and client communications.
Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas, or awaiting bar results. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service. Interest in public service, education, and government law.
Compensation Salary is
negotiable based on experience .
