As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking legal work. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Document Review:
Dive deep into legal documents, uncovering critical details that drive case strategies.
Document Preparation:
Craft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to motions to correspondences that set the stage for success.
Court Hearings : Step into the courtroom and represent our clients with confidence and poise.
Client Interaction : Building strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support.
Legal Research : Conduct in-depth legal research to stay ahead of the curve and ensure our clients’ interests are protected.
Case Management : Take charge of case files, ensuring meticulous organization and timely execution.
Settlement and Negotiations : Master the art of negotiation, securing favorable settlements that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school
Admission to the Michigan state bar and in good standing (OH admissions a bonus)
No disciplinary action in the last 10 years.
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
