Epic is seeking an exceptional Attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role will support Epic’s ongoing growth, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations, owning challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation. Responsibilities
Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with global healthcare organizations. Own challenging projects, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators. Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Manage litigation. Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills. Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges. Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed. COVID‑19 vaccination.
