Paralegal, Operations in Lisle, IL. As our Paralegal, Operations you will be responsible for providing support on a variety of corporate and frontline business matters. The role requires analytical skills, multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business associates and leaders. The position is under the direction of and supervised by Senior Paralegal. Responsibilities
Support dispute resolution (customer disputes, mediation, arbitration, litigation). Manage and compile information for prequalification questions and certification renewals. Work in teams and independently. Document processes and record deadlines. Qualifications
3+ years progressive paralegal experience working with commercial issues in a corporate or law firm setting. Solid legal research, organizational, writing, analytical and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited program is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, legal hold, acquisition and matter management software and processes. Familiarity with the construction industry, sales organizations and insurance principals (indemnity provisions desirable). Benefits
