And now, we’re extending our reach even further.As our **Time and Attendance Lead**, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our people by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely time and attendance processes. You will lead the Time and Attendance (T&A) function across Anglicare (excluding Residential Care), working closely with Payroll, HR, and system stakeholders to deliver seamless roster‑to‑pay outcomes.**With integrity and accountability, you will:*** Lead time and attendance close processes, including drop‑in sessions and follow‑ups with managers* Oversee accurate processing of manual timesheets, adjustments, and historical corrections* Troubleshoot system issues such as punch errors and scheduling conflicts* Deliver UKG onboarding and provide ongoing training and support to managers and employees* Supervise, coach and develop a team of Time and Attendance Officers* Act as the first point of escalation for complex T&A enquiries* Contribute to audit readiness, governance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives**What you’ll bring**You are a confident people leader with a strong background in time and attendance or payroll operations. You balance attention to detail with a service mindset and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. You will also need:* Minimum **5 years’ experience** in payroll or time and attendance operations* At least **2 years’ experience** in a supervisory or team lead role* Experience working with **UKG or similar workforce management systems*** Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and pay‑close processes* Intermediate **MS Office** skills* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilities**Ideally, you will also bring:*** Experience supporting less digitally literate users* Exposure to change management and process improvement initiatives* Strong organisational and time management skillsWe provide meaningful opportunities and choice—both for the communities we serve and the people who make it happen.At Anglicare, you’ll belong to a supportive, purpose‑driven community of people from all backgrounds who share a commitment to serving others.
