Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN at Genesis HealthCare (Pottstown Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center)
Base Pay Range: $28.00/hr – $31.00/hr

Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s treatment plan.
Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
Currently licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
