Physical Therapist - Pediatrics
Full‑time permanent position
$5,000 sign on bonus
Train with the US Pediatric Provider of the Year
Autism, Plagiocephaly, Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Pelvic Floor
Hands‑on mentorship and training program available to ALL new hires regardless of experience

Full‑time permanent pediatric position seeing working in both outpatient & acute care with the opportunity to work with a high level of medical complex patients. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
Qualifications
Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Servant leader mindset
Passion for pediatric patients
Desire to partner alongside parents
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team building personality style
Experience preferred
