Office Administration & Executive Assistant
Rogers Capital is looking for an Administration & Executive Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative and personal assistance to senior management. This role combines operational coordination, communication, and executive support to improve efficiency and organization within the office.
Key Responsibilities 1. Office Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
Oversee and manage the Messenger/Drivers team, including planning and coordination of daily activities
Oversee repossession activities for leased vehicles.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Handle facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping coordination
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules, and office events
2. Personal Assistant Duties
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting agendas
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
3. Administrative & Coordination Support
Maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical)
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and bill processing
Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors as required
Support special projects and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
Minimum HSC holder
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
