Role Description This is a hybrid Therapist role based in Elmhurst, IL, with opportunities for remote work. The Therapist will provide compassionate, judgment-free support to clients, conduct therapy sessions, assess clients' mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans. They will maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and continually seek opportunities for professional growth to provide the highest quality care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in individual and/or couples and family therapy techniques, treatment planning, and counseling practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a team
Knowledge of various mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and confidential client information responsibly
State licensure as a Therapist (such as LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LSW, PhD) or eligibility to obtain licensure
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Commitment to continuous learning and training in the mental health field
