Essential Job Functions
Review labor, mileage, and parts on work orders for accuracy.
Process service work orders, including opening, closing, and making changes.
Review machine repair history for possible warranty coverage.
Process purchase orders and outside invoices promptly.
Maintain field service work order history folders.
Ensure service reports are written and corrected as needed.
Answer telephone promptly and professionally.
Perform tasks accurately and efficiently, following directions.
Leadership Responsibilities
None specified; primarily an individual contributor role supporting the Service Manager.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Three years of experience in a service-related role.
Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
