Dulles South Veterinary Center, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking to add a full-time Client Service Representative to our amazing team! We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team as part of Thrive Pet Healthcare's community.
Candidates in this role will be cross‑trained as a veterinary assistant.

Experience and Skill Requirements
Prior experience in a veterinary setting is required
Veterinary CSR's and Veterinary Assistants encouraged to apply
Enjoys creating an exceptional client experience from the first phone call
Excellent client service and phone skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Fast learner with the desire to grow
Able to remain calm in stressful situations
Ability to show empathy and compassion with clients and team members
Is not afraid to face challenges and work through obstacles in the moment
Schedule flexibility

Primary Job Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring great client service during all interactions
Answering high volume calls and prioritizing importance of calls
Monitor client flow from check‑in to check‑out
Records Management
Data Entry
Accurately relay information to clients
Process payment transactions
Ability to prioritize client/patient flow based on presenting symptoms and presentation
Work closely with team members and remain cooperative and respectful
Candidates in this role will be cross trained as a veterinary assistant and must be comfortable handling animals
About the hospital At Dulles South Veterinary Center, we provide primary care, advanced surgeries, and professional grooming for dogs and cats in Loudoun County, South Riding, Aldie, and Chantilly. Our team is committed to keeping pets healthy and comfortable through every stage of life. We offer preventive care, diagnostics, and treatment for illnesses, along with routine and advanced surgeries - including oral, soft tissue, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic procedures.
