Place and prepare orders. Perform data entry and complete Excel spreadsheets. Provide administrative support to the team. Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the door. Carry out occasional errands for purchases. Perform any other related administrative tasks as needed. Advantages

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or office work (mandatory). Proficiency in French and an intermediate level of English to answer English speaking calls (approximately 50% of the time). Good command of Excel and basic computer tools. Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Professionalism, reliability, and good customer service skills. You are a detail-oriented person with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage priorities in a constantly changing environment. This job is for you!
