Job Responsibilities

Designing and implementing DSP algorithms in software and hardware, specifically Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).

Develop algorithms focused on high throughput exploitation of signals, with an emphasis on low signal to noise ratio, higher‑order, and/or adaptive modulations.

Conduct necessary modifications to existing software and/or firmware to adapt COTS and GOTS products to meet special government needs.

Provide concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand and utilize them for processing signals of interest.

Act as technology expert, directing implementation of sub‑modules necessary for processing signals of interest.

Develop novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems to create processing solutions outside intended use.

Design and implement software models in conjunction with SME, in MATLAB or similar design suite to process signals of interest.

Implement software modules necessary for processing signals of interest.

Provide analysis of model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow‑on processes.

Qualifications Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years additional DSP experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Compensation We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. Salary range for this position varies depending on accepted contractual position skill level and ranges from $78,000 to $275,000 per year.
