SUMMARY Under the general supervision and guidance of the Event Operations Manager, the Operations Event Staff will dedicate time to the private club rentals and game day operations of all events.

This is a seasonal position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage tasks as assigned by the Event Manager on gameday.

Execute gameday set‑up and teardown of stadium security entrances.

Assist with fan experience activations on the Plaza.

Contribute to overall stadium upkeep and asset management.

Coordinate with full‑time staff members to ensure successful event set‑up and execution.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Event Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule availability to work all RSL and Royals home matches.

Schedule flexibility to work private event rentals as booked, typically evenings and weekends.

Ability to work well with a team.

Must be efficient and adaptable to changes.

Must have a high‑level of communication.

Ability to pass a background check.

Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules.

Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
