Job Description

Rooming patients (taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, prepping the patient for exam), assisting physicians Answering patients’ phone calls, following up on referrals, busy dept.+ Collects records and reports information obtained from the patient in a timely manner Performs treatments and procedures using aseptic technique, standards precautions Documents response to car and addresses pain management, discharge planning needs, education and progress toward care plan goals in the medical record Assists physicians and others with examination/procedures as needed Qualifications

CA LVN active license At least 1 year of Clinical experience coming from an acute setting. Additional Information
