Role Description This is a full-time Medical Assistant role based on-site at The Maercks Institute, located in Miami, FL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for performing routine clinical and administrative tasks, such as preparing patients for procedures, maintaining medical records, managing patient information, and assisting the clinical team during treatments. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the office operates efficiently, managing medical supplies, and providing exceptional care to patients. The role requires upholding the institute’s commitment to personalized, high-quality service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including assisting with medical procedures and ensuring patient comfort
Knowledge of Medical Terminology to ensure accurate and effective communication
Experience in Medical Office operations, including appointment scheduling and patient interaction
Skill in Patient Care and a commitment to delivering attentive and compassionate services
Familiarity with creating and maintaining accurate Medical Records in compliance with privacy standards
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Medical Assistant
Experience in the medical field
Experience in an aesthetic or plastic surgery practice is an advantage but not required
