Position Overview We are looking for a licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aesthetics or skincare. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering exceptional treatments while promoting services and retail products.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of aesthetic services, including facials, peels, extractions, and other advanced treatments.
Conduct thorough consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend professional products to maintain results.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment space in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to provide the best care.
Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting services and retail offerings.
Qualifications
Valid Esthetician license in Oregon.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a medspa, aesthetics clinic, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, reliable, and passionate about client satisfaction.
Comfortable with sales and product recommendations.
