Job Description The Resource RN (Rapid Response) is an off shift clinical expert for all direct care providers, under the direction of the nursing supervisor.
The primary responsibility of this role is providing in the moment clinical care and/or coaching to direct care providers.
Ensuring regulatory readiness
Supporting and educating around practice changes
Gathering performance/quality data
Utilizing evidence based data and clinical inquiry to guide staff
The Resource RN (Rapid Response) must possess strong problem solving skills, organizational skills, make effective use of team resources and have ability to engage with staff, patients, families and clinical leadership.
Education/Experience 2 years minimum ICU and/or Emergency Room Experience.
Certifications / License Mass RN license. BLS and ACLS.
Pay Range $36.00 - $79.12
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
