Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Licensed Therapist role based in Germantown, IL. The Licensed Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of client progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing evidence‑based therapeutic practices. The role requires strong communication skills, dedication to client care, and compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities, counseling, and assessment techniques

Proficiency in active listening, empathy, and effective communication with diverse populations

Experience in documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and maintaining client confidentiality

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in a multidisciplinary setting

Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Licensed Therapist

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Familiarity with mental health laws, ethics, and confidentiality requirements

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Experience in treating a broad range of mental health conditions is a plus
