Join Clarvida as a Direct Support Professional in our Summit Hill location. This role involves providing direct client care in residential programs and intermediate care facilities, supporting residents in achieving independence and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct client care to individuals in residential programs and intermediate care facilities.
Participate in the development of pre‑assessment and assessment processes.
Encourage residents to acquire skills for greater independence.
Communicate with other service providers and assist the supervisor in training new staff.
Prepare and complete required documentation in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Report programmatic or resident concerns to the Program Specialist.
NEW: Increased wage of
$16.00
per hour.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Schedule Options
Weekend shifts
Overnight shifts
Second shift
Part‑time floater – flexible weekly schedule
Every other weekend shifts
7 days on / 7 days off shifts
