About This Role
Provide direct client care to individuals residing in residential programs and intermediate care facilities.
Participate in the development of pre‑assessment and assessment processes.
Encourage residents to acquire skills for greater independence.
Communicate openly with other service providers for the well‑being of residents.
Assist the supervisor in training new staff to ensure continuity of training when the supervisor is absent.
Prepare and complete required documentation in compliance with state regulations, company standards, and policy manuals; ensure accurate accounting of household funds, consumer funds, and medical, historical, and daily information.
Report concerns of programmatic or resident issues to the Program Specialist.

Weekend Shifts
Overnight Shifts
Second Shift
Part‑Time Floater – flexible weekly schedule
Every other weekend shifts
7 days on/7 days off shifts

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a good driving record
