Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sundays: Closed
Job Description – Registered Veterinary Technician Animal restraint, triage, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases, administration of medications, communication of treatment plans, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.
Must withstand unpleasant odors, noises, potential bites, scratches, and wildlife exposure.
Opportunity for virtual and hands‑on training.
Qualifications
Registered veterinary technician (1+ year experience preferred, not required)
High work ethic, positive attitude, on‑time
Saturday availability
Exceptional customer service & precise communication
Accurate record keeping of medical records & client history
Knowledge of preventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flow
Safe low‑stress restraint of pets
Proficient sample collection: blood, urine, fecal, skin
Lab sample setup & processing
Radiographic positioning; dental radiographs are a plus
Proficiency in anesthesia and surgical monitoring
Self‑starter, receptive to constructive feedback
Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $19 – $22 per hour, depending on experience.
