Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy patients
Compensation:
$120,000–$190,000 annually
Bonuses & Perks:

Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality orthopedic and sports physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Lead clinical staff with mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance
Set and model best practices for patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with clinic leadership on scheduling, workflows, and patient care standards
Support team development through clinical education and ongoing feedback
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with practice standards
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy preferred
Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
