Responsibilities
Provide leadership to our current expressive therapists under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Provide art, music and therapeutic recreation services to the patients, including direct therapy, evaluative activities and coordination of hospital-wide activities.

Lead Music, Art, or Recreational Therapist - Full‑time The Lead expressive therapist will guide our expressive therapists, ensuring high‑quality therapeutic services and program coordination.

Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s level degree from an accredited college/university in a Therapeutic Recreation program, Art or Music.
Licensure / Certification Required: Certification with NCTRC, CTRS, MT‑BC, and ATR in Texas.
Experience
Preferred: One year experience working with adolescent and adult populations.
Strong leadership skills; ability to train staff and delegate.
Physical Requirements Able to lift 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Physically fit to demonstrate and conduct recreation activities for patients. Physical ability to restrain patients through use of hospital‑approved methods.
