We are hiring a Pharmacy/Tech Trainee to work in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy that supports Kroger store pharmacies. Responsibilities include preparing orders for pharmacist review, packaging, shipping, inventory control, and assisting with order shipping as needed. Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age of 18 years
Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks
Desired Skills & Responsibilities
Collaborate and work cooperatively in a team‑based environment – complete automation canister product replenishments.
Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of product.
Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery.
Pack individual orders for shipment.
Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes.
Perform tasks associated with general production.
Maintain departmental standards, keeping work stations clean and organized.
Follow all policies and procedures developed to ensure patient safety and security.
Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding the same.
Support company Health and Wellness initiatives.
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: $22.00–$33.00 per hour
