Job Summary: ANP at clinic specializing in non-surgical procedures. Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in state of Wisconsin. Master's degree in Nursing or related health field. National certification by an accredited certifying body. Active DEA licensure. BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector performing Botox, Dysport, dermal filler injections, IV therapy, treatment planning, laser treatments, etc. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure customer service and satisfaction. Ability to build trust and interact with others in a way that gives confidence in intentions and those of the organization. Adherence to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Administer non-surgical procedures: fat extraction, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, acne and scar treatment, body contouring, vaginal rejuvenation, Ultherapy, fractional CO2 treatments, intense pulsed light treatments, erbium laser treatments, onychomycosis treatments. Utilize advanced injection techniques and aesthetic judgment to achieve natural results and enhance satisfaction. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards during all procedures.
Esthetic Patient Education and Counseling Educate patients on options, outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care. Address post-procedure issues such as hematoma, seroma, infections, and other complications, prescribing appropriate treatments. Recommend appropriate skincare regimens. Address concerns with empathy and professionalism to foster trust. Refer to other health professionals and community agencies as needed.
Esthetic Documentation and Charting Maintain accurate medical records documenting assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Esthetic Quality Assurance and Compliance Adhere to regulatory requirements, professional standards, and clinic policies governing aesthetic practice. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance safety and service delivery.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) BHRT Patient Assessment Conduct assessments of medical history, symptoms, and hormone levels. Analyze lab results, history, and vitals to determine BHRT candidacy. Evaluate current medications and health conditions for suitability.
